When you submit an enquiry, we process your work email, organization, industry or domain, geography, and the information you provide. We use it to assess your requirements and communicate about a possible engagement. Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
Client accounts and usage
Client access is by invitation. The platform stores membership information, access permissions, requests, saved views, and export records. Significant permission changes, publication, and downloads are logged to support operations and access control.
Cookies and storage
Authentication uses essential session information. The website may remember your selected language. This implementation does not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics cookies.
Report data
The scope, sources, and limitations are described in the relevant report or delivery agreement. Clients can access only the outputs made available to their organization or account.
Questions and requests
Use the contact form for questions about information use or requests to correct or remove data. Identify your enquiry as a privacy request. The contracting entity and processing terms for a specific engagement are identified in the engagement documentation.
